The 15lb burger

Inspired by these guys, and in keeping with a family tradition of "Christmas surprises", I invited my family over on Christmas Eve and attempted to make a 7kg (15lb) burger.

It is a thing of beauty *sob*
It took about 90 minutes to cook everything and assemble the result.
